Morohoshi 62C Wash is a revolutionary new, low toxicity “one step” blanket and roller wash, containing natural solvent combined in an unique formulation with biodegradable surfactants. It is low odour, non-toxic, non-flammable and safe to use on all rollers. It will rapidly remove Ink, Dirt, Paper Lint and Gum. 62C Wash may also be used as a dampener wash to thoroughly clean dampener rollers.
62C Wash drastically reduces the amount of solution needed to wash up and actually works more effectively if less material is used, resulting in a highly cost-effective wash.
Directions for use:
For best result apply 62C Wash using a spray bottle.
Recommendations on usage:
- Use neat or dilute up to 30% with water to remove gum, lint, paper dust, etc.
- Apply 62C Wash evenly across and allow to work through roller train. Continue until rollers appear clean
