H2O Emulsion has been specially formulated for application via the ink duct on sheet-fed machines. The coating dries by a combination of penetration and evaporation. Instantaneous drying could be achieved with the use of hot air knives or IR lamps within 15 minutes.

NOTE
Spot application can be made by either stripping the blanket or using a photo polymer relief plate. Make sure the stripped or packed blanket clearance must be maintained at least 3 – 5mm to avoid build-up of coating on the impression.
